Minimum 1-year working experience as a Team Leader in an Audit SSC environment, in financial audit firms;
Real drive and enthusiasm to work in a team, as well as exceptional commitment to client service
Able to work in a team and be proactive;
Good communication skills, with ability to provide feedback and coach others;
Demonstrate a commitment to developing yourself and support others;
Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas
Fluency in written/spoken English is a must;
Good computer literacy (MS Office application) and excellent organizational, communication, writing and teambuilding skills.

As a Audit Analyst Team Leader your responsibilities include:

Be part of a new Mazars SSC structure for the Romania team;
To support in preparing the audit planning documentation;
To inform audit assistants on the audit plan, their responsibilities, and the objectives to perform;
To coordinate the team to carry out work assigned to them – instruct, coach, support;
To perform selected audit activities as part of delivery of high-quality audits;
To review the information (financial data, accounting records and financial statements, etc.) necessary for each audit phase;
To interact with your team about data and information issues to ensure accuracy and high standard of work, highlighting issues as they arise;
To deliver and execute your work to the highest standard, taking ownership for your allocated tasks, and completing them within stated timelines;
To act as a buddy and mentor for new starters and less experienced colleagues;
To appraise the professional performance of the audit team members.
