• If you have a passion for reading, we’ve got you covered! Our Bookster subscription encourages everyone in the firm to take time to read more, while having a sustainable approach for this activity. You can borrow books that will be delivered each week at our office, expanding your knowledge and culture.

Training sessions:

• Over the last two years, we have continued our efforts to shift from a knowledge-intensive to an education driven firm. Our talent management strategy is
  therefore centered around supporting our people to excel, developing their potential and designing careers that align with their aspirations. By transforming our company into a school of excellence for our people, we aim to stay up to date with social changes, the latest expertise and knowledge, and the new ways of working.

International exposure:

• We encourage the exchange of ideas and practices between the different countries and offices across the world, as we believe that international experience is a crucial component to develop our teams and leaders. Colleagues who want to further grow their careers through international experience can choose from a wide variety of mobility opportunities. These range from short-term assignments of two to six months through our MOVE programme, to longer-term assignments of three to five years, or even permanent international transfers.

University campus presence:

• We collaborate closely with the academic environment in Romania in our efforts to support education and to be as involved as possible into our community, making a positive impact. Through our collaboration, our professionals have the opportunity to participate in university courses as guest speakers, sharing their knowledge and expertise, as well as participate in campus events and projects organised by student NGOs.
